"The road is so quiet and i’m lucky to have great neighbours on both sides The lady next door has a set of keys when I go away, she waters the plants which is really sweet the local station Grays is in the oyster zone and 25 minutes to Fenchurch street. The neighbours the other side have chickens and sell their fresh eggs from a little box that they have in their front garden, you leave the money in the box which creates a nice community feel to the road."
