Directions

From the main Raglan roundabout take the old road back
towards Monmouth and turn right just after Frank Suttons
Farm Machinery. Go over the dual carriageway and continue
up the hill. The gate to the land and buildings is on the left
opposite the white cottage.

Situation

About 1 1⁄2 miles from Raglan Village, the land is in a desirable
agricultural district of the county, and typical of the area
comprises rolling pasture either side of the prolific Pantyrhydan

Tender Procedure

1. Tenders to be received at Agent’s Monmouth Office
by 12 noon on Monday 13th June.
2. Place your written tender in a sealed envelope
marked “Tender for Land at Kingcoed” and either
post or deliver by hand to the Agent’s office. They will
not be opened before the closing date.
3. If posting place your sealed offer bid in a separate
envelope addressed to the Agent. Please phone later
to check that it has been received. Email bids will not
be considered as that will break confidentiality.
4. Your bid should be your best offer expressed as a set
amount. Bids with wording such a £100 more than
best bid received, or similar, will not be considered.
5. State whether your offer is cash or reliant on loan, and if you are able to proceed as soon as contracts
can be prepared.
6. The name and address of your solicitor if you have
appointed one.
7. The vendors reserve the right not to be bound to
accept the best offer or indeed any of the offers made.
