Tenancy Deposit
Once satisfactory references have been obtained and the Lease Agreement has been drawn up and signed, we will require a sum equal to five weeks' rent as a deposit to be held throughout the tenancy, in lieu of dilapidations. The reservation deposit is used as part payment towards this deposit. When you eventually leave the property and provided that the property is left in Inventory Condition with all appropriate bills having been paid, then the money is returned.
