All matters reserved apart from access. Huntingdonshire District Council also granted full planning consent for the demolition of Number 21, Ramsey Road to facilitate access to the proposed development (Ref: 20/00723/ful). A Section 106 Agreement has been agreed. The agreement includes contributions to off site formal space / sports, landscape maintenance and wheeled bin provision.
