House For Rent £1,050
Christie Avenue, Whiteley, Fareham PO15

Description
This two bedroom house is in the quieter part of Whiteley in Christie Avenue but you can still walk into the Whiteley Centre in 12 minutes (according to Google). Christie Avenue is easily accessed via either the motorway junction or the Burridge Road. As you walk through the door, you will step into an entrance hallway with kitchen to your left. In here you will find an oven and hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The sitting room is a great size with plenty of space for your sofas and a table. Sliding doors provide access to the sunny aspect garden with storage shed and gate for rear access. Upstairs there is a master double bedroom and single bedroom (both with fitted wardrobes) and a recently refitted bathroom (which will be fully up and running ready for the new tenancy to start in January). There are two parking spaces too. Sorry, but the landlord is not accepting pets.
