Next steps

• 3 months payslips
• 3 months bank statements
• Photo id (Driving licence or passport)
• Evidence of your deposit as advised by the Financial Advisor (Bank statements, or if gifted, a letter from your donor stating that it is a gift intended as a deposit for the property)
• Mortgage Offer in Principal. Check Name, Address, that it is for Shared Ownership and that the amount does not exceed the sale price.

Once bdht has received the above documents and confirmed that all of the required criteria has been met, a letter will be sent to the vendor and the purchaser advising that the purchaser has been approved.

Bdht will need to approve your mortgage offer once you have received it. A charge will be made for this of £50.00 plus VAT which is payable by the purchaser.
