House For Sale £1,395,000
Kelsall Road, Tarvin, Chester CH3

Description
Set in circa five acres, enjoying superb rural aspects and having been comprehensively upgraded in recent times - a substantial five bedroom, four bathroom detached house with separate two storey barn

Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

This is a real one off, located in an almost magical feeling location, rural in its feel yet very central to a number of key strategic North West locations. There are superb views and grounds that extend to five acres or thereabouts, incorporating both formal garden and paddock.

The farmhouse is situated over circa half a mile up a long private driveway. The current owners have invested heavily into creating a memorable first impression and arrival experience. This starts with newly installed bespoke gates opening to a sweeping drive, with stone edging and extensive external lighting, creating a great initial impact.

The farmhouse enjoys a strong aesthetic appearance, being constructed of brick incorporating dressing stone detail, under a tiled roof with symmetrical front façade. Inside, there is a delightful blend of original character and more contemporary design concepts.

The ground floor has the key component for modern day family life ¿ a first class open plan kitchen / dining / family room. The additional two receptions rooms are both of terrific size and the living room at the front of the house has had a stunning makeover and is a really `wow¿ room.
