Church Bank, Tattenhall, Chester CH3

Description
Enjoying a prime position just off the High Street in Tattenhall village, a characterful and unique four bedroom detached house of considerable space and extensive potential. No chain

Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

As overall propositions go, Church House is hard to beat. The property provides the perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a village centre position with ample off road parking, a manageable plot, and a house that offers plenty of potential to modernise its spacious interior to suit their tastes.

It location is terrific, nestled in a sheltered plot just off the High Street you can reach all the amenities of Tattenhall within just a short walk from your door. It is a village with great community spirit and beautiful historic buildings.

The external space is very appealing and has been designed with ease of living in mind, currently it consists of a large gravel driveway and separate courtyard garden but these could be re-landscaped to suit those with green fingers!

Internally the home enjoys some charming features such as the lovely wooden beams in the ceilings and the exposed brick fireplace in the lounge. The space is also great with a well thought out layout, the downstairs consists of a large entrance hall, spacious living room and a breakfast kitchen with separate dining room that benefits from French doors onto the courtyard. In terms of practicality the downstairs also enjoys a utility room, cloakroom and under stairs storage.

On the first floor are four bedrooms, the master bedroom is a great size and includes fitted wardrobe space and an en suite. The second and third bedrooms are also both comfortable double bedrooms whilst the fourth would make a great home office or single room, all of these are served by the main bathroom.

The price has been set at a deliberately competitive level and there is no ongoing chain.
