Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

In general bungalows all too rare to find and when combined with trying to find one in a prime location like the centre of a sought after Cheshire village, you can have a real challenge on your hands! Fortunately this terrific bungalow on St Georges Crescent in the heart of Waverton village offers just that and having been in the same hands for nearly 20 years provides an exciting opportunity for the new owners.

The location is excellent, being so central means the home benefits from being within walking distance of Waverton's amenities, the local bus stops and for easy access to the walks along the canal. Chester City Centre is just 4.5 miles away.

Internally the home enjoys two double bedrooms with the master being of comfortable size, two shower-rooms, a fully fitted kitchen, two reception rooms and a garden room. In regards to condition while you could move straight in to the property, we understand most buyers will look to update the interior to their tastes and that is part of the joy of the opportunity.

On the outside the home offers off-road driveway parking with an additional lean to car port space. To the front is a lovely garden, whilst to the rear ease of maintenance has been the focus featuring an under shelter patio, gravel area and shed storage space.
