Proceed out of Tarporley in the direction of Chester, continuing straight at the roundabout with the A49 and joining the A51. Follow this road passing through Clotton and Duddon until you reach Tarvin roundabout. Take the first exit, staying on the A51 towards Chester. Continue along this road, passing the Stamford Bridge pub and petrol station on your right hand side. At the end of this road you will reach a roundabout that will take you over the A55, and continuing straight over this roundabout and then turn left at the traffic light crossroads, turning onto the A41. Take your next right turn for the A5115 which will bring you into Broughton, then taking your second right for Moorcroft Avenue. At the t-Juction turn right on to Boughton Hall Drive where you will find the subject property on your right hand side, just passed the turning for Manor Drive and clearly marked by the Gascoigne Halman For Sale board.
