House For Sale £300,000
Hillfield Place, Nantwich CW5

Description
Offering exceptional value, located within 500 yards of Nantwich centre and having both off road parking and a superb rear garden. A beautiful detached period house of tremendous character and quality

Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

This is a period property which in my opinion is one of the most interesting buying opportunities that Nantwich town centre has had to offer for some time. Located just 500 yards from the town centre and being one of the surprisingly few detached houses available in the vicinity, it is a home that has notable charisma and stature from the moment you walk through the door.

As an agent, and I tend to find that the general public respond similarly, some houses have that strong emotional pull and a really warm inviting atmosphere. This lovely home is a perfect example of such. Whilst in the same family ownership for many years, in recent times there have been many improvements and the décor and style is particularly pleasing, easy on the eye and appropriate for a house of this age and style.

The house is one of great character and age, with a mixture of Edwardian and Art Deco features in evidence. There is also a lovely and unusual symmetry, with the top two bedrooms mirroring the reception rooms directly below. As is always the case, balanced rooms are naturally inviting spaces and the bay window to the front reception room is a notable feature.
