Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

This is a property that I have had the pleasure of knowing for many years and what a privilege it is to offer to the market.

The location is special, being tucked away down a tranquil lane, with just a handful of other properties. The lane that runs past the house is within the ownership of the subject property. This lane leads directly into Delamere Forest, a spectacular setting for walks, horse riding and mountain biking.

The subject property has its own driveway with electric gates for peace of mind and security. It also has off road parking and a double garage with electrically operated door.

The unique feature of this house is the most wonderful rural view to the rear, which is visually beautiful and add to the overall sense of rural tranquillity. The south facing garden is of a good size and very mature, whilst also being manageable. The overall plot size is a little over one fifth of an acre.

As for the house, well again there is so much to enjoy. One thing which is hard to convey in marketing is the atmosphere that a house enjoys. From the moment you walk in to the Old Granary, there is a lovely warm and homely feeling and a sense of a house that has been hugely enjoyed by the current owners.
