Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

Wow!

This is most definitely one of my favourite property listings of the year. It is a house full of amazing surprises, stand out features and top notch contemporary quality, both internally and externally.

Perfectly located at the head of the cul de sac with a view over a field to the front, the position is excellent within what has established itself as one of Alsager¿s most popular developments of modern housing.

Only when you set through the door will you fully appreciate the lengths the current owners have gone to create such an ideal living environment, which perfectly fulfils the needs of modern day lifestyles.

Internally there is lots of space, with 1542 square feet of well planned accommodation, spread over two floors. Of particular note is the delightful scheme of interior design, with each room having its own distinct character and appeal. In total there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three reception rooms and a fabulous open plan kitchen. Let me give you my three highlights.

Alsager is a town and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire East The town was awarded Fairtrade Town status by the Fairtrade Foundation in 2008. Within Alsager there are four Churches, and a community theatre group and a very well regarded secondary school that is fed into by six local primary schools.

Alsager is close to junction 16 of the M6 motorway. The town is served by Alsager railway station, with East Midlands Railway services on the Crewe to Derby line and West Midlands Trains services from Crewe to London Euston; both operate hourly during the working day.Buses run to Crewe and Hanley every 30 minutes.

The Trent and Mersey Canal runs just to the north-east to the town, forming part of the Cheshire Ring canal walk and the South Cheshire Way footpath. The canal's towpath and the nearby 'Salt Line' are also routes of the National Cycle Network.

In the last ten years, Alsager town centre has been redeveloped and in the centre there is an Asda supermarket. A Town Square has been created, Fairview park has been rebuilt and capacity at Fairview Car park has been increased.
