A deposit will be required if the property is a house. We do not require a deposit for a flat or apartment.
You will be required to pay a deposit equal to 4 weeks rent in advance of the tenancy commencing. In addition, we require one weeks rent plus rent and service charges up to the point when your next payment date is scheduled or the date your Direct Debit is set up.
This payment will be required irrespective of the customers entitlement to Housing Benefit or the Housing Element of Universal Credit. If payment is not made before the tenancy is due to be signed then LIVV Housing Group will be unable to complete the process and the tenancy will not be granted.
