"We have loved living on Third Avenue for the past 6 years and will really miss it! Despite the close proximity to Hoe St and the Village, Third Avenue is a peaceful road with a great community and neighbours. Our favourite bit of the house is the open plan living area and south-facing, sun-trap garden, with a separate garden office and outdoor kitchen area. The village is less than 5 minutes walk away and there are great pubs and plenty to do at the weekends. It's also been a great location for our rescue dog, with its close proximity to Epping Forest and Walthamstow Wetlands."
