Description
A fabulous four bedroom, two bathroom terraced home moments from Walthamstow Village. There's over 1200 impeccably renovated square feet of space to spread out in, from a beautifully converted loft suite to perfectly private rear garden.

This superb spot is absolutely ideal for everything you might want or need. There're two stations a short stroll away, putting central London within half an hour of your front door, while the lovely Village is right on your doorstep. Walk for less than fifteen minutes to be immersed in Epping Forest, or even less than that to find yourself right in the centre of Walthamstow.

If you lived here...

To the left off your hallway are two receptions, each with around 130 square foot of space. The first to the front is naturally lit from the bay window, with bespoke shelving to either side of the gorgeous fireplace. Both rooms have stripped boards underfoot. Past the understairs WC to the right, you'll find your glorious kitchen. This is also an impressive 130 square foot, with sleek dove grey units and gas hob. Bifold doors give on to your neat two-level garden.

Up on the first floor you’ll find your bright white family bathroom, with tile-sided tub and walk-in shower. Your first bedroom overlooks the garden and has ninety square foot of space. To the front is your second bedroom, a grand 160 square foot, with plenty of built in storage and twin half-shuttered windows. Your loft suite offers the luxury of a seventy square foot dressing room, and across the hallway a splendid 215 square foot bedroom with en suite.

It's just six minutes on foot to Wood Street station, taking you to Liverpool Street on the Overground in twenty five minutes. Only twice that distance in the other direction is Walthamstow Central for the superfast Victoria Line to Kings Cross in a quarter of an hour. Barely five minutes and you're in the heart of Walthamstow Village, home to all your new favourite places to eat, drink and browse.

A word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over seven years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub.

There are four train stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname awsomestow”.
