Directions
From Dundee
Cross the Tay Bridge (S) and continue on the A92 for 21 miles. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on the A92. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit onto the A911 heading west and continue on that road for half a mile where you take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto Church Street. Once on Church Street take the 1st left onto Auchmuty Road and after a third of a mile on the left should be 43 Auchmuty Road.

From Edinburgh
Cross the Queensferry Crossing (N) and continue on the M90 (N) for 7 miles. At junction 2A take the A92 exit to Glenrothes/Kirkcaldy. Stay on the A92 for 14 miles and take the 4th exit at Bankhead Roundabout. Continue on the A92 and take the 1st exit onto the A911 heading west and continue on that road for half a mile where you take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto Church Street. Once on Church Street take the 1st left onto Auchmuty Road and after a third of a mile on the left should be 43 Auchmuty Road.

Amenities
43 Auchmuty Road is in the centre of Glenrothes and has everything you need within 5 minutes of walking. There is a range of Primary Schools to choose from with the like of the John Fergus School or the Pitteuchar West Primary School and Pitteuchar East Primary School. 200 meters to the east of the flat is Auchmuty High School which is a public Secondary School built in 2013 with the latest technology and modern facilities such as tennis courts and a football pitch. There is a Fife College to the south of the town which has many courses to choose from. 500 metres to the west is the Kingdom Shopping Centre where it has a range of shops cafés and there is also The Golden Acorn (Weatherspoon's). The Shopping Centre also has a bowling alley and a gym. To the north across the dual carriageway is a range of supermarkets like Lidl, Asda, Aldi, M&S and The Food Warehouse. In terms of fast food there is a McDonalds and Burger King to the north near the supermarkets. The closest train station is 4 miles away based in Thornton, a small village located to the south of Glenrothes which has hourly trains to Edinburgh.
