Directions

Take the road A3058 road from St Austell towards Newquay. At the western end of High Street after passing over a railway bridge take the road to the left signed “High Street Industrial Estate“. After 300 metres you will find the land on the right-hand side. A “For Sale” sign is by the gate to the land

Brief Description

The field extends to 8.18 acres (3.31 hectares) and is currently in a crop of Winter Wheat. It is well suited to a variety of arable cropping or pasture for grazing and mowing. The land is virtually level with a slight southerly slope.
There is a South West Water supply pipe running along inside the southern hedge off which a tapping would be available subject to their standard terms.

(b) To continue to use the existing water tapping and, if required, make a new connection to the water main.
