House For Sale £400,000
Argyle Street, Eastville, Bristol BS5

Description
“We’ve loved living in Eastville over the last four years and at times sharing the house with lodgers. It’s been a really special home with its Victorian features, fireplaces and social kitchen. The house is in a great location and we’ll be sad to leave. Weekends in Eastville have been very relaxing. We often enjoy strolls through Eastville Park, beautiful Snuff Mills and Greenbank cemetery. We’ve also loved getting the bikes out and riding along the cycle path to Bath, stopping by the river with a picnic at Bitton. Being so close to Easton we’ve been spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat and meet friends. We often go to The Greenbank pub for great pizza’s, Este’s café and The Garden of Easton who do delicious Tapas. On St Mark’s Road, the East Bristol Bakery does great fresh bread and pastries and The Sweetmart and The Public Market are useful for local food shopping. We will really miss the area and the city centre so nearby.”
