We have absolutely loved our time living in this house and it breaks our hearts to have to say goodbye, but alas it's time for us to move out of London and allow someone else to love it as much as we have.
Things I love most about this house....the short walk to the tube, Lloyd Park (Saturday food market is a rarely missed affair), Brewery Mile including the impressively sized Big Penny Social. It's well located for pretty much everywhere of interest in Walthamstow, including the village. The house is also surprisingly quiet (particularly in the loft) and both warm in winter and cool in summer.....the benefits of living in a terrace!"
