Location: Urchfont is a very pretty village at the end of the Pewsey Vale. Surrounded by some of the loveliest countryside, the village itself is well served with a popular primary school, community shop / Post Office, pub and visiting Doctor's surgery. There is a regualar timetable of events and a real community spirit.

Schooling nearby is first class with the village being in catchment for Lavington school and several excellent primaries. In the private sector, Dauntsey's, St Mary's and St Margaret's in Calne and Marlborough Colleage are all easily within a daily commute.

Devizes, about five miles away has a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. There is a bustling weekly produce and antiques market, cinema, museum, library and leisure centre. The historic cities of Bath and Salisbury are both within an hours drive and there are mainline stations at Chippenham and Pewsey, both within half an hour (trains into Paddington in just over an hour). Devizes Gateway, a new railway station within walking distance of Urchfont is planned for 2025.

Directions: From our office in The Market Place, leave Devizes on the Nursteed Road (A342) and head towards Andover. Continue for around four miles and turn right at the sign towards Urchfont. Continue down to the village and pass the small flowerbed triangle in the road on the right. Turn onto the High Street and then right onto Friars Lane. Take the left turn into The Ham where Laurel House will be found.
