It is a quiet and safe environment and we have loved being so close to the station and shops and our views towards central London. Moving in just before lockdown allowed us to really explore Highams Park and the lovely community there is here. The flat is just a 10 minute walk to the park which is a lovely outdoor space, with a cafe and lake. We have particularly enjoyed the many independently run cafes and restaurants and local events in Highams Park itself throughout the year. Highams Park is definitely a hidden gem that we will always miss."
