We're letting our stunning 2 bed flat in Wapping Wharf, initially til the end of June 2023 with the possibility of extending depending on how the remortgage goes, or maybe an option to buy if interested.
We lived here for 18 months and have recently moved onto a houseboat we've been refurbishing for the past four years, so live locally and would like to find someone to look after and enjoy it as much as we have.
It's on the ground floor, looking out over the gardens facing onto the New Cut - away from the phase 3 building works that are ongoing on the Harbour side of the development.
The flat is modern and well-furnished, well-insulated with communal heating. Lovely neighbours, and an absolutely fantastic area to live - if you haven't visited Wapping Wharf shops and restaurants then check them out.
It's set up at the moment as a two bed, with a big master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a comfortable second bedroom with a standard double. Over lockdown we moved the desks into the second bedroom and had a spacious home office that we could shut the door on. Happy to help move some furniture around if you want to do that too.
We're not professional landlords, which I hope stands in our favour! We'd like to be welcoming and supportive for one or two people/couples for an initial short let, with possibility of extending.
