A word from the owners...

"We have always loved the Hilltop area of Walthamstow and the moment we stepped through the door of the house we fell in love with the family home it could become. It needed a full renovation, but we lived in the house before doing any work and with the help of our architect decided to do a side-return extension, a loft conversion and a full internal renovation to bring the house back to its former glory. The work was completed in 2019, only a couple of months before the arrival of our first child. We are now a family of four, and whilst this could happily be our forever home, we have chosen to move nearer to our families. The kitchen is without a doubt the heart of our home. We both love to cook and so wanted it to be a bright and airy space for both day-to-day living and more formal entertaining.

Hilltop is such a warm and friendly neighbourhood. We have made so many friends here and have enjoyed taking part in the Advent windows, Halloween trails and WhatsApp chats. With two young children we love visiting Lloyd park, the fountains at Fellowship square and are regulars at the local coffee shops. A word of warning to the next owners - it’s dangerously close to Yard Sale Pizza! "
