An impressively spacious, four bedroom Victorian end of terrace, laid out over three floors and perfectly positioned in central Walthamstow. You have twin receptions, three bathrooms and everything that makes our home so special, from green spaces to transport links to excellent schools, within easy reach.

If you lived here...

You'll be stretching out in over 1500 square feet of living space. The open plan rear reception/kitchen makes a particularly fine hosting option, totaling more than 250 square feet in its own right. Underfoot, engineered hardwood gives way to terracotta tiling as you move from the reception into the kitchen, and the whole space gets plenty of natural light from the courtyard garden, itself ideal for barbecues and al fresco dining.

Upstairs and your first two bedrooms are substantial doubles of 140 and 110 square feet respectively, while bedroom three is a single ideal for a child, home office or dressing room. Here's also where you'll find the family bathroom, with seperate tub and dedicated shower cubicle. Finally, the converted loft is entirely given over to your 200 square foot master bedroom, its en suite shower room combines with the ground floor bathroom to ensure that frantic mornings will be a thing of the past.

Outside and you have the green spaces and landscaped gardens of Lloyd Park - perfect for morning jogs and evening strolls - just a couple of minutes walk away. Walk a few minutes in the other direction and you come to our main thoroughfare of Hoe Street, home to a wide range of cafes, bars and pubs. Be sure to check out the live entertainment at Ye Olde Rose & Crown Theatre Pub, the mouth watering patties at Brioche Burger and the delicious brunches at SoDo Pizza Cafe.

What else?

- Walthamstow Central Station is a ten minute walk and will get you directly to Oxford Circus and Liverpool Street in twenty.
- You're buying a share of the freehold and the property is chain free, so we can get you in with the minimum of hassle.
- Local schools are largely excellent, with twenty eight rated 'Good' or better by Ofsted in a one mile radius, including the 'Outstanding' Greenleaf Primary, just a five minute walk away.

A word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over seven years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub.

There are four train stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname awsomestow”.
