A freshly finished and utterly charming two bedroom apartment on the first floor of a Victorian terrace. You're enviably located too, on a peaceful residential street that's nonetheless just moments from the best Walthamstow has to offer.

If you lived here...

You'll be stretching out in over 550 square feet of space, every inch bright and finished to perfection. There's also a private balcony, overlooking your rear garden, a courtyard overhung with screening greenery. Both of your bedrooms sit to the front, each a solid double of ninety and 130 square feet respectively, with blonde flooring and pristine white walls.

Your open plan kitchen/lounge is a vast 180 square feet, with twin windows framing leafy views over that covetable garden and a comprehensive complement of white integrated cabinets tucked away at one end. Splashbacks are white metro tiling up to the dark paintjob. Next door you have an indispensable utility room and your immaculate bathroom to the rear.

Outside and it's a mere ten minute walk to Walthamstow Central station and direct, twenty minute runs to Liverpool Street and Oxford Circus, putting both the City and West End around a half hour away, door to door. Our famous High Street is closer still, home to Europe's longest street market, the Walthamstow Mall and the nine screen Empire Cinema.

What else?

- Our beloved leafy enclave of Walthamstow Village is well worth the fifteen minute walk. Justly renowned for miles around, here you'll find a huge range of high end independent wining and dining establishments.
- The thriving social hub of crate st James is a five minute walk away. Here you'll find an ever evolving choice of diverse entrepreneurs from burger bars to yoga studios.
- Similarly, a five minute walk in the other direction for your new local and personal favourite, The Chequers is a wonderfully longstanding High Street institution, with all sorts of cosy nooks and crannies, dining rooms and a lovely beer garden.

A word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over seven years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub.

There are four train stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname awsomestow”.
