When we began the search for our first home together, over seven years ago, we were keen to find a place that felt like a home rather than a flat or apartment. As soon as we saw the property listed, we loved the look from the outside and a bonus for us was access through our own front door. As soon as we stepped through the door into the main living space, the light and airy feel was an instant hit and we knew that this was the property for us.
Fast forward 7 years, the main living space is still our favourite part of the house. As working patterns have changed, the second bedroom has been perfect to become the space where we can work from home in the week whilst using it for guests when needed at the weekends. We are lucky to be surrounded by greenery and the shared garden space is perfect for reading a book outside in the summer- we have even had a few bbqs too!
We have enjoyed living in a quiet, well-sought after area which is walkable to the Lexicon in under 30 minutes. As we plan to relocate to start a family, we hope that our home brings its new owners as much joy and excitement as it did for us.

Temple Park is perfectly located for access into both Binfield Village and Bracknell Town Centre; Binfield offers a number of countryside walks and welcoming pubs while The Lexicon Shopping Centre is ideal for an afternoon browsing some high street retailers and grabbing a bite to eat. The market town of Wokingham is also just a short drive away, as is access to the A329M and M4 & M3 Motorway networks.

The minute you walk in you are hit with how cosey this home is and you can tell how comfortable the owners have been here for the last 7 years. The communal garden area is a great bonus, and there's even a brick built BBQ out there ready in time for summer! For us, this home is perfect for anyone looking for a two bedroom house that can't quite stretch their budget to achieve it - there is everything you need here with it's own front door, plenty of parking, a large garden (that you don't have to mow!) and a low service charge of around £100 pcm.
