Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman

Being new to the market this spacious bungalow on Platts Lane provides a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking to put their own stamp on a property that has potential for improvement. The position within the village is excellent being walking distance to Tarvin's lovely High Street, school and its local amenities.

Looking at the property more specifically, whilst the internal layout offers plenty of space and enjoys a degree of adaptability to suit different needs, it is expected that the new owner would look to renovate and modernise the property and as such a viewing is advised.

In brief the accommodation consists of an entrance hall that leads through the property and features fitted storage cupboards as well as an airing cupboard that houses the relatively modern combi boiler. The living room is of impressive size running the full length of the property and enjoys a gas fireplace, double aspect windows and sliding glass doors opening on to the rear garden. The kitchen adjoins this room and is of a reasonable size with an external door also opening on to the rear garden.

At the end of the hall can be found the three bedrooms. There are two comfortable double rooms which both feature fitted wardrobes and the third bedroom offers a potential second reception room or study space should it be required. All are served by the main bathroom which is fitted with a large walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.

Externally the house is in good order with landscaped gardens to both the front and the rear, with the rear being relatively private for the property's village position and also boasting good levels of sunshine thanks to facing South East. There is also driveway parking and a large garage of 8.61m in length.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
