On our way to Valley Road, we were very excited to view this property as it had what we needed and potential of what we wanted to make this our perfect family home. Upon arriving we were met with outstanding views of rolling countryside and scenic walks which was ideal for our growing children. As we walked through the door there was a welcoming sense and we felt right at home.

Our home is closely situated to Codicote High Street with an array of local amenities to include convenience stores, pubs, hairdressers, butcher, pharmacy, and post office. There are public transport links to surrounding towns of Hitchin and Welwyn Garden City. We are also fortunate to have good schools nearby with excellent ofsted ratings.
We love our home its location and all it has to offer but we need to move to be nearer to family – we will be sad to say goodbye, but it is time for a new family to appreciate all this fabulous home has to offer.
