From Salisbury head North on the A30 and join the A338 at the Laverstock roundabout and follow this through the Winterbournes for c.3.5 miles. At Winterbourne Gunner, turn right onto Gomeldon Road, continue for c.1 mile into Porton. Cross the crossroads into into Idmiston Road and follow it for c.0.3 miles, past the village school.
