"We took a bit of a punt on Highams Park back in 2017 and it has certainly not disappointed! The proximity of the train station, and the ease of access into Central London was the first thing that attracted us to the house and the area, but what has happened since then has been amazing.
We have seen the area flourish from what was a relatively unknown hidden gem, to a highly sought after location for young couples/families looking to upsize from other more unaffordable areas. The area has a village feel and you often forget you are in London, and the fact that Epping Forest is so close is such a bonus for walking and cycling etc. We are leaving hp with heavy hearts as we have created such a lovely home and community, and know the area has so much more to offer and will continue to improve every day."
