A word from the owners.....

"We moved to our flat when we had our first child to get a bit more space and to be part of a more family focused community. It was the best decision. We have loved being part of the vibrant Highams Park community, made so many local friends, as well as getting to know all the local businesses (like lotus yoga and the many cafés) and visiting the excellent local parks and forest. A lovely nursery is literally a few doors down, making it feel like an extension of our family and Selwyn Primary school is five minutes away, rated outstanding and has wonderful after school activities and events.

We do really feel like we get the best of both worlds here, between Highams Park, Chingford, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow. We have easy access to supermarkets, gyms and buses just at the end of the road. You have direct access to Liverpool Street and King’s Cross in under 40 minutes and there is a mainly off-road cycle path straight from our home to Blackhorse road (or a 10 minute bus trip) where we love going to the breweries for a
drink! As the flat has its own garage for bike storage it’s a really easy area to cycle around.

In the last five years this area has really changed for the better, and it’s been a great place to have a growing family as well as keeping easy and quick access to central which is so important for a working family."
