The closeness to one of Walthamstow's best pubs, The Dog and Duck has also been a much loved and visited spot (for beer and pizza) during our time here, as has the Feel Good Centre, which has a brilliant swimming pool and gym classes. We have loved living in this flat, it has hosted many dinner parties and housed our first baby, and we hope the new owners have as much fun as we have had in creating E17 memories!"
