A word from the owner......

"I have lived here for eighteen years and it's honestly the nicest street in the nicest part of London i've ever lived in! Many of the neighbours have been here for years and we all know each other and look out for each other. Lots of young families and couples have also moved into the area in recent years increasing the close-knit community feel we have in Wallwood Road.

Wallwood Road is located in a quiet and leafy section of Leytonstone, a short walk to the beautiful Hollow Ponds and well-served for shops and transport with both Leytonstone tube station and Leyton Midland within a 10 minute walk. In the time i've lived in Leytonstone it has transformed into a thriving, cultural London hub with Francis Road a short walk away as well bars and cafes and the lovely Sunday markets in Leytonstone. It's really hard for me to say goodbye to this amazing flat which i've lovingly refurbished and redecorated over the years. The beautiful south-facing garden has been my happy place during this time. If I was going to stay living in London i'd stay here forever but the time has come to move on. I think the new owners of this lovely flat will be very happy to live here and make it their own."
