Cotton House provides modern, secure, furnished accommodation in a central location close to Universities and approx 10 minutes walk from Lime Street Station.

We currently have available one flat within a building of 4 flats in total. The flat is self contained (it has it's own entrance door within the building) and the layout is a small entrance hallway, 2 x double bedrooms, a shower room (refitted in 2022), and a kitchen with table and chairs, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine. The flats are fitted with wood laminate flooring and have full double glazing and gas central heating. They are warm and secure with a modern look. The bedrooms each have either a double or three quarter size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, table, and chair. Important: Please note that for two friends sharing together you would have a bedroom each but no separate living room. For a couple sharing one bedroom the second bedroom could be used as a living room.

Unfortunately due to the size and situation of the flats we cannot accept children or pets. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the building.

Cotton House was renovated throughout in 2010 and has an excellent energy performance and environmental impact rating. The building is protected by a fully integrated fire alarm system in the communal areas plus smoke and heat detectors in each flat. There is a security intercom system on the front door, communal areas are cleaned regularly and the property is maintained in good condition. Each flat has it's own entrance door within the building. Unlimited wireless broadband is included within the rent but utility bills for gas, water, electricity, and council tax are not included and tenants will be responsible for managing their own bills. Tenancy extensions after the initial term are usually possible by agreement.
