House For Rent £750
Harley Head Farm, Halifax Road HX3

Description
Are you looking for a good sized two bedroomed home with plenty of character in a quieter location? Look no further than this fabulous stone built cottage, set down a small lane which serves just a handful of properties, with a large communal garden at the front and a private garden at the back. There's parking, here, to a parking area, but it's the cottage and the outlook that really drive your interest. Inside there's plenty of space, but it also has those little touches of character. The layout is a little different to the standard house and it's all the better for it. There's uPVC double glazing and gas central heating, of course, but I think this is one that you really do need to come and have a look round to fully appreciate. There's a nice wide entrance hall and a large lounge at the front and then a good kitchen, extensively fitted, to the rear. The full turning staircase has a half landing, off which is a good sized double bedroom. Upstairs there's a spacious landing and a larger principal double bedroom along with a nicely fitted bathroom. The whole place is nicely fitted, too. There are wardrobes and cupboards built in here and there, though you will need to bring your own furniture as the property is unfurnished. The landlord has requested non-smokers and no pets, and a bond deposit will be required. The outlook and views are quite lovely, and it is an extremely convenient location for access to Brighouse, Hipperholme, Halifax, or indeed the M62 motorway at Chain Bar.

Location

From Halifax follow Godley Lane out past Shibden and to the traffic lights at Stump Cross. Follow the right hand lane, the A58 Leeds Road, until you reach the traffic lights in Hipperholme. Turn right into the A644 Brighouse Road and travel for approximately half a mile. Just before Brighouse Junios Football Club on the right there's a small lane and then a bus stop. The cottages can be found down this small lane. Postcode: HX3 8BW.
