"We have loved living in our maisonette. It has been a great home and has served us well.
The location is fantastic, being just off the high road and close to the all of the wonderful shops, eateries and pubs Leytonstone has to offer.
The transport links are excellent, with the Central Line close by and Leytonstone High Road overground less than a minute from the doorstep- connecting us to Hampstead Heath in 30 minutes. Wanstead Flats is a 5 minute walk away, as well as having Olympic Park, Epping Forest and many local parks nearby, giving plenty of green space to enjoy.
The block itself is very safe, friendly and quiet. We know all of our ground floor neighbours and there is a real sense of community. The communal space in the front is a sun trap and is great for sitting out in.
We have been very happy here and will always hold fond memories of our time."
