Both lots are being sold by formal tender. Interested parties will be required to submit their best and final offer to the Agents, Knight Frank. The closing date for Offers will be 12 noon on Friday 24th February 2023 using the prescribed form issued by the Agents.
An emailable copy of the formal tender pack will be available from the Agents, Knight Frank. The pack will contain the legal documentation with regard to the lots, as well as useful further information including searches. A deposit equivalent of 10% of your offer is required to be paid either by cheque or chaps to Loxley Legal within 5 working days of the posting of the letter of acceptance. Whilst the vendor is not obliged to accept the highest or any offer, if one of the offers is accepted, the Buyer will be notified of the acceptance of his tender by a letter sent by the Seller or his authorised representative (“Letter of Acceptance”).
