Swallow Court is in a great location as it gives me easy access to the City & the West End by train with Lee Station only being a few minutes walk away. There are three gastropubs nearby with varied menus, friendly staff and a superb pizza place that goes by the name of Sapori d'Italia – I highly recommend anyone in the area tries all of them.
Whilst being located in London my home has a very tranquil and zen feel to it. I particularly enjoy having direct access from my lounge to a well maintained communal garden which has provided a much needed outdoor space during recent times. It's been very convenient being only 0.7 of a mile from the large Sainsbury’s & also having a small supermarket at hand, which is only a few minutes walk away from the flat and on my way home from the station.
Slightly further afield I often enjoy walks and bike rides up to Blackheath Village and Greenwich - both of which offer some great spots for a foodie to get their fix or to relax and enjoy a nice coffee or cocktail. Greenwich Park is fantastic and boasts great views of London and lots of greenspace to enjoy.
