Next its into the fully integrated kitchen/ diner with breakfast bar, quality appliances and Quartz work surfaces. From here you can access the attractive low maintenance rear garden.

On the first floor there is the family bathroom and three good sized bedrooms, two of which are doubles with built in storage and the third currently being used as a home office, perfect for those working from home. On the top (2nd) floor there is another spacious double bedroom with built in storage and its own stylish en-suite shower room. The property also has the benefit of off street parking.

Brodie Road is a quiet side turning, around a five minute walk from North Chingford's Station Road, there are also an excellent choice of local private and state schools to choose from.
If you lived here, you are around a 10 minute walk away from Chingford Station with its links to the Victoria Line at Walthamstow Central (15 mins) and London's Liverpool Street (25 mins) and because it's the end of the line, you'll nearly always get a seat. For shopping and eating out, Station road is a short stroll from your door with an excellent selection of independent shops, bars and restaurants and for those who love the outdoors, the delights of Epping Forest are just a short walk away at the end of station Road. It's a Mecca for walkers, cyclists and runners using the network of leafy trails that weave through the ancient woods of Epping Forest.

What the owners say:
We have lived in the house for last 17 years and I have lived in Waltham Forest all my life. It's great location for travelling into the City and for easy access to the M25, M11 and North Circular, and great being so close to Epping Forest . It's within the catchment area for Chingford Foundation and some great Primary schools. Its a small road and the neighbourhood is great especially with special events where you will find street parties organised. We have loved living here .
