***Vendor comments*** "We have lived here for just over 25 years. The neighbourhood is great and the neighbours are all very friendly! Our children have grown up here, the area is suitable for families as there are many primary and secondary schools within walking distance, as well as parks and playgrounds.
There is easy access to public transport, with Tooting Train Station only being an 8-minute walk away. There are also many bus services within short walking distance and Tooting Broadway Underground Station is only an 8-minute drive away.
There is also a variety of shops nearby which is very helpful if you need to do last-minute shopping!
There is permit parking on the road and there always tends to be space right in front of the house to park, which is very convenient. We have also found the area to be safe and very secure!"
