• If the total annual rent for the property is £50,000 or above, the maximum tenancy deposit you can ask a tenant to pay is up to six weeks’
rent.

Payments to other third parties: Such as Council Tax, utilities, or payments for communications services.
Unpaid Rent: Pay the rent to the Landlord at the times and in the manner specified and will pay interest at the rate of 3% per annum on any
rent in arrears for more than fourteen days calculated from the date upon which such rent was, due to be paid to the date upon which it is
actually paid.
A default fee can be charged for a lost key or equivalent security device. The landlord or agent must provide evidence in writing to the person
liable for the payment to demonstrate that the costs they have incurred are reasonable.
Early Termination: Should the tenant wish to leave their contract earlier than permitted, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting
the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the
maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
