Holding Payment: Equivalent of 1 weeks' rent

Deposit: Equivalent of 5 weeks' rent (the Holding Payment will be allocated to this, and therefore the equivalent of a further 4 weeks' rent will be due)

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent):

Payment of (£50 inclusive of VAT) if you want to change the tenancy agreement. Any change is subject to the landlord's approval. This charge is applicable per change requested.

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England's base rate, for each day that the rent is outstanding for 14 days or more.

Payment of the actual cost of replacing lost keys/security devices. This may include the cost of a locksmith. If extra costs are incurred there may be a charge of (£15 inclusive of VAT) to cover the time taken in replacing lost keys/security devices.

Payment of any unpaid rent and other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy, including the landlord's costs in re-letting the property. These costs will be no more than the maximum rent outstanding on the tenancy.

During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable:

You will have other charges to pay, for example utilities (gas, electricity, water), communications (telephone and broadband), any installation of cable/satellite (where permission has been granted), subscriptions to cable/satellite supplier, television licence, council tax.

Other permitted payments:
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
