With Goldsmith’s University not too far away, the area is vibrant with quite a few eateries. cafes and pubs. Living at the top end of wide tree-lined Jerningham Road, which is in a conservation area, we find it is much quieter. We are afforded magnificent views across London from both bedrooms and can observe the changing seasons and amazing skyline.
The flat is not too far away from some historic landmarks such as Nunhead Cemetery, and, the Telegraphic Hill Parks (upper and lower) which are a 2 minute walk away.
As we are not car owners, we will miss the easy access to transport links (being situated centrally between New Cross Gate, Brockley and Nunhead, as well as New Cross bus depot).
