Consent was granted for application number C/06746/03/FUL (also 2003/06746/PA) on 16 October

2007 for the Demolition of Existing Buildings and the Erection of 28 Residential Flats and 2 Live/Work

Units with Associated Vehicular Access and Parking. The planning has now expired.
