Foundry Courtyard is a new student apartment and will be put into operation in September 2017. The apartments provide two kinds of rooms: En-Suite (independent bathroom, shared kitchen) and Studio (independent bathroom, independent kitchen). Each suite has a kitchenware, fridge, oven, microwave oven and other basic kitchenware facilities. In addition, the apartment also has a public rest area, fitness room, small projection hall and other facilities, for students to relax and entertain.

Foundry Courtyard apartment has an excellent location and can walk from the apartment to Clyde University and Clyde University.
