For a long time I have been torn between moving and staying here because the area is beautiful and its perfect access to the St Marychurch precinct and Babbacombe Downs. Since living here I have also formed some excellent relationships with my neighbours as the Crescent has a real community feel about it and everyone looks out for each other. The property itself has provided me with ample space and an outdoor area to sit and enjoy the views. I will be sad to leave but happy that someone else can get as much enjoyment from living here as I have.
