THE SITE A parcel of land 4.25Ha (10.50A), located within the village of Manea, in the County of Cambridgeshire and identified in the first draft of the emerging Fenland Local Plan as a proposed allocation for residential development. The site is approximately 6 miles southeast of March, 7 miles northwest of Ely.
THE PROPOSITION The site owners are seeking a developer wishing to enter into an Option agreement for the site, to promote the proposed allocation and seek planning consent, with a view to a purchase.
