Install electric heat pump not gas boiler, Harvest all the rain water to keep are water bills down, yes more expensive but you get out what you put in, the house preforms very well and in the present financial crisis the timing was great. Channel 4 got wind of are plans so our house from plot to completely finished was featured on Building the Dream.
