It is perfectly located for access to schools for all ages,( the village infant school is judged to be “outstanding”) but is on a regular bus route to Burton and Derby, so, when the children are older, it’s not a constant mum and dad taxi to get anywhere.


Living in Newton Solney means you can enjoy country life, but you’re not so isolated you can’t easily access events in Repton, Burton or Derby. It’s an amazing place to live and, when we sell, we intend to stay!
